Attorney Dan Moody recently attended the Florida Justice Association’s 2019 Annual Convention at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida. The seminar reviewed case law updates as it relates to insurance bad faith, dangerous instrumentalities, assignment of insurance benefits (AOB), limitations in medical payments, medical malpractice and workers’ compensation as well as providing information on the latest civil justice updates, revisions, and reforms made during the 2019 Florida Legislative Session that matter to clients. Mr. Moody believes it is imperative to stay current on the ever-changing legal process and continued education is the key to obtaining the best recovery for his clients.
