$3,050,000.00 Medical Malpractice - Paraplegic from Epidural Abscess

He was later transferred from the ER to a Hospital room for observation, during which time he became numb and paralyzed from his chest down. Days passed before a diagnosis of epidural abscess was made and surgery was performed for decompression on the spine.
