$2,000,000.00 Truck Accident - Semi-Tractor Trailer Invades Right of Way
This case involved a young woman who was returning home after a day's work. As she returned home, a large semi-tractor trailer rounded a curve, invading the lane of the woman and causing a head-on collision. The woman sustained critical injuries.
