Our law firm represented the passenger of a small plane (Beech 23 Sundowner) which departed from a local airport (KGIF) and crashed after take off.  The fuel selector control was turned to the off position on take off and climb out causing loss of engine power.  Both the pilot and co-pilot/passenger were killed in crash.
