Medical Malpractice - Failure to Recognize Pulmonary Embolus - Wrongful Death
Our client, a 32-year-old mother of three children, presented to her treating physician with signs and symptoms of a pulmonary embolism. Both visits were within a few days apart. On both occasions, the doctor sent her home without recognizing the urgency her condition.
