Medical Malpractice - Improper Titration of AED's - Wrongful Death
Our client, a 21-year-old young man, was a known sufferer of epileptic seizures. His healthcare providers improperly transitioned him from one anti-epileptic drug to another without following the pharmaceutical manufacturer’s guidelines.
