Medical Malpractice - Nursing Home Negligence
Our firm has successfully obtained a substantial six-figure recovery in a nursing home malpractice case involving the death of a nursing home resident due to abuse and negligence. Our client was the surviving daughter of her mother, a nursing home patient, who was left unattended, seat-belted in a wheelchair.
