Product Liability - Wrongful Death - Scrubber Tank Malfunction
Mr. Moody represented the surviving spouse and minor children of a deceased mine worker in his thirties. This industrial case involved a phosphate mine where an industrial worker was sucked into a scrubber tank and wrongfully killed. We prosecuted product design liability claims against numerous corporate defendants who designed and manufactured the scrubber tank system resulting in a substantial award to our client.
