The client was a mechanic who was blinded as the result of an exploding battery. The client was a former U.S. Army Airborne Ranger who suffered a loss of sight impairment equating to loss of enjoyment of his work and life. The manufacturer of the battery was sued and a confidential recovery resulted after extensive litigation.
