Homeowner Negligence - Tree Trimming Accident
Our client was hired to trim a tree and while in the process of doing so, the client was distracted by the defendant. The distraction caused our client to fall from the tree and he was seriously injured. He suffered from eight broken vertebrae. Multiple homeowners’ policies of insurance were in dispute.
