Rear-End Accident Kills Woman By Moody Law | Personal Injury Attorneys on April 15, 2010

Mark Hunt, 39, of Oviedo, Florida, could face charges from the accident.  The accident occurred when Hunt rear ended two vehicles in front of him.  Hunt was driving a Volkswagen west on Colonial Drive near Goldenrod Road.  Tyne Deacon and Derrow Jean were at a stop light at the intersection.  At that point, Hunt failed to slow down for the red light and crashed into the back of those vehicles.  Glorida Harness, 62, of Dover, Florida died.  Initial reports show that she was not wearing a seatbelt.  Rescuers transported Tyne Deacon, 35, of Dover, Florida, to Orlando Regional Medical Center.  She is currently listed in serious condition.  The other passenger in Deacon's car was Brianna Deacon, 11, suffering minor injuries and is at Arnold Palmer Hospital.  Tyne and Brianna were wearing their seatbelts.  Hunt and Jean were also wearing seatbelts.
