Pedestrian Killed in Waters Avenue Crash
A Tampa man, 42 year old Billy Leedon Ivy, was killed in a hit and run accident on Waters Avenue in Tampa, Florida. Ivy was dead upon arrival by first responders. The hit and run driver, Amanda Bentz, 20, left the scene of the accident and then came back after her parents told detectives about the crash. Bentz was driving a 2008 Chevy Malibu.
