Jacob Andrew Bratten, 35, of Winter Haven, is still in critical condition after a serious car crash on Tuesday on Cypress Gardens Blvd. involving a Mazda Miata. The Mazda turned in front of the Jeep driven by Bratten. Bratten is a police sergeant in Avon Park.
